At Pro Action, your satisfaction is our goal with every item and every purchase. If for any reason you aren't satisfied with an item you purchased from us, you can return the item within 30 days of the order date for a refund of the purchase price, not including the outbound shipping charge.

Before you return an item, you should know that we provide technical support for all of our products. If you bought it from us, we'll help you understand how it works and how to use it. With other sites, you have to get in line with the original manufacturer's support centre ... and wait!

We keep our stock!

If a camera or accessory is listed on our site, it's in stock and ready to ship. If for some reason it's not in stock when you order it, we will notify you immediately. Our stock is dependent on manufacturer lead times. If you want a product quicker than our normal procedure shipped, please contact us for up-to-date lead times and to ensure that it's in stock before ordering.
